Proposals to evaluate the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health’s Bilingual Scholarship Program were due by 1 p.m. central time on Friday, November 11, 2011.  

 

The goal of this evaluation is to assess the impact of the scholarship program. The foundation plans to award a grant of up to $30,000 to a nonprofit organization, governmental entity, or a higher education institution to evaluate a statewide scholarship program designed to increase the number of bilingual mental health professionals in the behavioral health workforce in Texas.
