Apply to Participate in Integrated Health Care Learning Community

Mental Health America of Greater Houston invites organizations to apply as participants in year two of the Texas Learning Community on Integrated Health Care, a project funded by the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health.

Learning community participants will communicate via teleconference, webinars and an interactive website. Participants will be provided funding to support travel to visit another site engaged in integrated care, and, as a participant, will have access to support and consultation from experts in the field of integrated health care.
