The Hogg Foundation for Mental Health and the Regional Foundation Library are located on the fourth floor of the Lake Austin Center, 3001 Lake Austin Boulevard, west of the Austin downtown area and MoPac (Loop 1).

Visitors must obtain a parking permit from the Foundation. When you arrive, you may request one from the Foundation's receptionist on the 4th floor. The permit allows parking in any space marked "V" or "Any UT Permit," and must be displayed on your vehicle. The Police Department at The University of Texas at Austin strictly enforces parking.
