Available to view or download, the 3rd edition of this popular publication incorporates recent changes to Texas statutes related to the civil commitment process.

Seclusion and Restraint Reduction
Since 2004, the foundation has engaged in a number of activities designed to move forward the dialogue on seclusion and restraint use in Texas.
